Few isopods can compete with the delicate beauty of the Cherry Blossoms. This is a light color morph isolated from Cubaris sp. “Red Pak Chong.” There are no special requirements for culturing this relatively hardy species; I keep mine on a consistently moist substrate with plenty of rot wood chunks and leaf litter on top, medium ventilation, 75–80°F, toss in a chunk of cuttlebone, and offer some fish flakes every now and again. Easy! Shades of pink can range from very light pink, to deep pink, to even sometimes an almost salmon-y color.
